Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Manager of Customer Success for a full-time remote position, who will lead a team of Customer Success Managers in the Secondary Education sector, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and growth through operational excellence and strategic account management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics while ensuring adherence to best practices and processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to address customer needs and align on strategic goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success Management experience in EdTech/SaaS
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- Proficiency with SFDC, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Experience with Tableau and data analysis for strategic decision-making
- Strong development coaching and leadership skills
