Job Summary

Experienced and results-oriented, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will own and manage a dedicated portfolio of valued customers, driving product adoption and ensuring measurable ROI while securing renewals and expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, executing detailed Customer Success Plans
  • Prepare and lead quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate value and present recommendations
  • Proactively monitor customer health metrics and manage the renewal process to secure long-term contracts
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to manage a high-value book of business and drive net revenue retention
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to build business cases
  • Expertise in Customer Success Management platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
