Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction across the APAC region, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure successful onboarding remotely from Malaysia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management roles
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is a plus
