Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction across the APAC region, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure successful onboarding remotely from Malaysia.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is a plus
