Job Summary
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage client onboarding, retention, and relationship management for large law firms, ensuring they leverage technology effectively to drive efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor client satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure renewals by driving ROI for clients
- Guide new clients through successful implementation and onboarding, tailoring strategies to their unique needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer success, client-facing, or account management role, ideally in a SaaS or legal technology environment
- Polished communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior legal professionals
- Preferred Juris Doctor (J.D.) or prior experience practicing law, demonstrating an understanding of legal workflows
- Comfortable navigating and explaining complex software, with a passion for emerging technologies, including AI
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic startup environment
