Job Summary
Owning the success and growth of agency partner relationships, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage program timelines, gather partner requirements, and serve as the primary contact during implementation to drive Gross Written Premium (GWP) growth.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate overall program timelines and ensure delivery stays on track with cross-functional teams
- Document partner requirements into clear deliverables for execution by the Product Implementation Manager
- Track project health, proactively communicate delays or risks, and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or partnerships in insurtech, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of owning GWP or revenue metrics for a portfolio of accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills across various levels of partner organizations
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and in meetings, including running business reviews independently
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
