Job Summary
Acting as the primary point of contact for SMB and mid-market customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage renewals, drive product adoption, and build strategic relationships to ensure long-term partnership value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead renewal discussions and manage the end-to-end renewals process, including pricing negotiations and contract management
- Drive product adoption by ensuring successful onboarding and engagement, while developing customer success stories and ROI showcases
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams and identifying expansion opportunities for account growth
Required qualifications
- Experience in renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success with SMB or mid-market customers
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and other CRM platforms
- Fluency in Finnish; additional languages such as French or German are a plus
- Strong background in B2B SaaS environments and contract negotiation skills
