Job Summary

Serving as the main point of contact for students and parents, the full-time Customer Success Manager will coordinate and facilitate the student journey with a focus on achieving educational goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate, engage, and facilitate the student's journey with personalized support from strategists, tutors, and mentors
  • Act as the primary liaison between students, parents, and the wider team, providing insights and advising on value-added solutions
  • Monitor student progress, proactively manage issues, and resolve complaints or escalations in a timely manner
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, project management, or a similar role
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred
  • Strong ability to build customer relationships with high cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills and experience managing internal and external stakeholders
