Job Summary
Serving as the main point of contact for students and parents, the full-time Customer Success Manager will coordinate and facilitate the student journey with a focus on achieving educational goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, engage, and facilitate the student's journey with personalized support from strategists, tutors, and mentors
- Act as the primary liaison between students, parents, and the wider team, providing insights and advising on value-added solutions
- Monitor student progress, proactively manage issues, and resolve complaints or escalations in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, project management, or a similar role
- Experience in the education sector is preferred
- Strong ability to build customer relationships with high cultural awareness and adaptability
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Outstanding organizational skills and experience managing internal and external stakeholders
