Job Summary

To support client success in a remote capacity, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage relationships, ensure alignment of services with client goals, and oversee project management for Reveleer's Prospective Risk solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the client lifecycle from onboarding to renewals
  • Lead day-to-day project management, including planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for customer satisfaction and growth
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Advanced Degrees preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer management for a technology solution
  • Knowledge of Risk Adjustment models and data validation requirements
  • Healthcare experience required, preferably with a provider, payer, or intermediary organization
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, HubSpot, Gong) or similar platforms
