Job Summary
Acting as the primary technical advisor and strategic partner to publishers, the full-time salaried Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships from onboarding through long-term growth, focusing on optimizing ad performance and resolving technical challenges in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own publisher relationships end-to-end, ensuring account success and retention
- Serve as the primary technical contact and advisor for a portfolio of premium publisher accounts
- Proactively monitor ad performance, implementing technical optimizations to drive revenue growth
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within the Ad Tech ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding and ad serving principles
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with CRM and project management tools like HubSpot, Jira, or Zendesk
