Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager II will manage client onboarding, develop relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, and identify upsell opportunities while advocating for customer needs within the product team.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions from sales to post-sale support
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Monitor customer health metrics and manage contract renewals to mitigate churn risk
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company
  • Experience in creating success plans and utilizing data to assess customer health
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, and/or Churnzero
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize upsell and expansion opportunities
