Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager II will maximize customer satisfaction, drive expansion through upselling and renewals, and contribute to product development by understanding customer needs and feedback.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer success
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to mitigate churn risk
Required qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company
  • Experience in creating success plans and utilizing data to assess customer health
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to contract negotiations and renewal discussions
  • Familiarity with tools such as G-Suite, Salesforce, and/or Churnzero
