Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager II will maximize customer satisfaction, drive expansion through upselling and renewals, and contribute to product development by understanding customer needs and feedback.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer success
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to mitigate churn risk
Required qualifications:
- 3-4 years of customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company
- Experience in creating success plans and utilizing data to assess customer health
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exposure to contract negotiations and renewal discussions
- Familiarity with tools such as G-Suite, Salesforce, and/or Churnzero
