Job Summary
Building strong relationships with customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will ensure day-to-day and long-term needs are met while providing exceptional service and collaborating with internal teams on pricing and operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and maintain constant communication to address needs
- Participate in rate matrix reviews and calculations for profitability and competitiveness
- Identify and build new business relationships in the target market while supporting the Customer Service Manager
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of account management experience in the transportation and logistics field
- Recent college or university degree in Sales & Marketing or a Business-related field
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on both internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
