Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager will oversee onboarding, retention, and expansion while collaborating with Sales and Product teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts end-to-end, ensuring customer success from onboarding through renewal
  • Utilize AI tools to efficiently manage account health, communications, and quarterly business reviews
  • Drive customer adoption by understanding team needs and promoting relevant features and strategies
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success or account management within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and their application in customer interactions
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to assess customer health and escalate issues appropriately
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences including researchers and product leads
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing processes in a dynamic environment
