Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager will oversee onboarding, retention, and expansion while collaborating with Sales and Product teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts end-to-end, ensuring customer success from onboarding through renewal
- Utilize AI tools to efficiently manage account health, communications, and quarterly business reviews
- Drive customer adoption by understanding team needs and promoting relevant features and strategies
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success or account management within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and their application in customer interactions
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to assess customer health and escalate issues appropriately
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences including researchers and product leads
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing processes in a dynamic environment
