Job Summary
To build strong relationships with clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will onboard and train new customers, educate them on software features, and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and train new customers on the software by developing and delivering unique success plans
- Educate clients on new features, software updates, and best practices to enhance utilization
- Uncover upsell and expansion opportunities while ensuring customers renew their annual subscriptions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of applicable experience in customer success, support, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong technical, product, and process-oriented thinking skills
- Masterful rapport building with clients to establish long-lasting relationships
- Ability to adapt to new features and releases in software
