Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of dealership clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will oversee client relationships, guide onboarding processes, and ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned dealer accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing management
  • Monitor KPIs and track client performance, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and respond to dealer inquiries promptly, while identifying upsell opportunities for client growth
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or automotive advertising
  • Experience in automotive marketing is essential
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems
  • Strong time management skills with a high level of self-accountability
  • Professional appearance and presence during virtual and in-person meetings
