Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of mid-market and growth-stage customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, implementation, and product adoption while creating scalable customer success playbooks and driving retention and expansion initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their onboarding and ensuring they realize value quickly
- Develop and deliver scalable training content and customer success playbooks to empower self-sufficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to enhance the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
- Experience onboarding and supporting customers in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead conversations with both end users and executive stakeholders
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex workflows quickly
