Job Summary
Focusing on agency partnerships, the remote Customer Success Manager will provide proactive support to agency partners, advise on marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to agency technical inquiries and problems via Slack, Support chat, and email
- Collaborate closely with Agency Partner Managers to deepen relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead discussions with agencies to gather feedback and translate it into specific product requirements
Required qualifications
- Previous experience servicing customers in the e-commerce space, preferably from a SaaS or agency environment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent computer skills and tech-savvy
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for providing top-notch client service
- Flexible and adaptable to change and new responsibilities
