Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of mid-market customer relationships, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive revenue retention and positive business outcomes while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage customer relationships to showcase the value of Greenhouse and drive revenue retention
- Conduct thoughtful discovery to understand customer goals and translate them into actionable business outcomes
- Develop AI-powered workflows to reduce administrative tasks and enhance customer engagement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS
- Proven track record of achieving revenue retention goals
- Experience building and iterating on AI workflows or automations
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the HR or Talent Acquisition tech space is a plus
