Job Summary

Owning the entire customer journey, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will help organizations implement and optimize mentorship programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Implement mentorship programs using Together's software and best practices, managing onboarding and adoption
  • Drive product adoption and customer engagement through regular check-ins and strategic partnership with Account Management
  • Maintain timely communication with customers to build trust, reduce churn, and ensure ongoing value realization
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, particularly with SMB and Mid-Market accounts
  • Proficiency in managing customer accounts with a focus on retention and measurable outcomes
  • Experience in using AI tools to enhance customer engagement and productivity
  • Strong understanding of software implementation best practices and employee data management
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at senior and executive levels
