Job Summary

To support the growth of a newly established Customer Success function, the full-time Customer Success Manager will build strong customer partnerships, drive product adoption, and create scalable frameworks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers, fostering trusted relationships
  • Lead customer onboarding to ensure successful implementation and early value realization
  • Monitor account health and execute action plans to improve retention and results
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles in SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle industry and familiarity with Planhat, preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
