Job Summary
To drive business outcomes and customer retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, focusing on defining success plans, driving adoption of workflows, and engaging with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute success plans aligned with customer business goals and partner strategies
- Own Gross Revenue Retention and identify expansion opportunities to enhance customer value
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and lead Executive Business Reviews focused on outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar SaaS role
- Proven track record in driving retention and expansion outcomes
- Experience managing enterprise customers
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
