Job Summary

To support the growth of a dynamic SaaS company, the full-time Customer Success Manager will own post-sale customer relationships, focusing on renewals, account expansion, and long-term retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, account development, renewal strategy, and expansion planning
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal process, proactively identifying risks and driving value-based conversations to mitigate churn
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven success in managing renewals, upsells, and customer retention within a SaaS environment
  • Experience with complex software solutions and comfort leading executive-level conversations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with Asana and G-Suite
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
