Job Summary
Managing day-to-day agency and client relationships, the full-time Customer Success Manager will oversee campaign execution, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of agency/client relationships, ensuring effective communication and partner enablement
- Oversee campaign execution and setup across platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot technical and operational issues efficiently
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic, or media
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships and campaign execution
- Experience working directly with agencies and clients
- Track record of meeting performance goals or driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, or similar platforms
