Job Summary

Proactively driving customer success, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, enhance platform adoption, and deliver exceptional onboarding and training experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Be the strategic partner for customers by aligning their goals with platform outcomes to drive adoption and retention
  • Guide customers in leveraging AI features to unlock value and achieve success
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to strategize on performance and feature usage, while identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with AI-powered platforms
  • Proactive, organized, and consultative approach to customer engagement
