Job Summary
Proactively driving customer success, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, enhance platform adoption, and deliver exceptional onboarding and training experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Be the strategic partner for customers by aligning their goals with platform outcomes to drive adoption and retention
- Guide customers in leveraging AI features to unlock value and achieve success
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to strategize on performance and feature usage, while identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS and marketing best practices
- Familiarity with AI-powered platforms
- Proactive, organized, and consultative approach to customer engagement
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
