Job Summary

Driving client success and retention, the remote Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary advisor for clients, facilitating onboarding, monitoring engagement, and identifying upsell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client impact.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, advising them on their people development strategy
  • Onboard new customers through product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Conduct regular business strategy reviews and collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Native fluency in English and French
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in HR/Talent or Customer Success roles with enterprise clients
  • Experience working with HR and Learning & Development clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong business acumen and ability to exceed performance goals
