Job Summary
Managing customer relationships remotely, the full-time salaried Customer Success Manager will ensure clients achieve value from products, drive product adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage overall client health post-onboarding, coaching users to leverage data for strategic goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business priorities and use cases
- Collaborate with Sales to support renewals and identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, account management, or market research
- Knowledge of the CPG and/or retail industry, including consumer insights and promotional data
- Experience managing a large client portfolio and prioritizing competing needs
- Working knowledge of enterprise software or insights platforms serving the retail and consumer goods industries
