Job Summary

Acting as a key liaison for existing customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on post-sale relationships, driving upselling and renewals while enhancing the overall customer experience in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and retention from existing customers
  • Proactively manage the renewal process and convert customers to term subscriptions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring quick onboarding and promoting product enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the Enterprise software or Internet/Telecommunications industries
  • 3+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and service issues
