Job Summary
Acting as a key liaison for existing customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on post-sale relationships, driving upselling and renewals while enhancing the overall customer experience in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and retention from existing customers
- Proactively manage the renewal process and convert customers to term subscriptions
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring quick onboarding and promoting product enhancements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the Enterprise software or Internet/Telecommunications industries
- 3+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment
- Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions
- Strong understanding of customer needs and service issues
