Job Summary
Acting as the primary liaison for existing customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on post-sale relationship management, upselling, and enhancing the overall customer experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer retention through effective account management
- Proactively manage the renewal process and convert customers to term subscriptions, enhancing long-term revenue potential
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers quickly realize value from services and are informed about product enhancements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the Enterprise software or Internet/Telecommunications industries
- 3+ years in an Account Management or Customer Success role
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced technical environment
- Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver suitable solutions
