Job Summary

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer health and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor customer usage metrics and implement proactive measures to mitigate churn
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with customer success software platforms and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends related to the company's products or services
