Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of client relationships, the full-time Customer Success Manager will serve as the main point of contact, driving proactive growth and ensuring clients maximize their use of the platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for expansion aligned with their business goals
- Become an internal expert on the product, advocating for client insights to influence product development
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Account Management at mid-market or enterprise level
- Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, GRR, NRR, and Churn
- Experience with Planhat or similar Customer Success Platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
