Job Summary
Proactively guiding customers through their digital transformation journey, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage post-sales relationships, optimize the adoption of HPE solutions, and drive customer loyalty and account growth.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers to understand their business objectives and consumption outcomes
- Facilitate onboarding, activation, and adoption of HPE's offerings to enhance customer experiences
- Identify and close opportunities to expand HPE's portfolio within customer accounts, delivering incremental business value
Required qualifications
- Intermediate level of subject matter knowledge in IT services or consulting
- Experience in managing customer relationships and driving customer success initiatives
- Proven ability to analyze business issues and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of as-a-service offerings and their value to customers
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and exercise judgment within defined practices
