Job Summary
Proactively guiding customers through their digital transformation journey, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage post-sales relationships, optimize the adoption of HPE solutions, and drive customer loyalty and account growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding, activation, and adoption processes for HPE's portfolio to enhance customer experiences
- Identify and close opportunities to expand HPE's offerings within customer accounts, delivering incremental business value
- Maximize the value of as-a-service offerings to help customers achieve their business objectives and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management roles within the IT services industry
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology adoption processes
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty
- Intermediate level of subject matter knowledge in relevant technologies and business practices
