Job Summary

Supporting customers in their digital transformation journey, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage post-sales relationships, guide clients in optimizing HPE solutions, and drive account growth and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities
  • Orchestrate customer adoption journeys to enhance their experiences with HPE's offerings
  • Identify and close opportunities to expand HPE's portfolio within customer accounts
  • Deliver enjoyable customer experiences from onboarding to advocacy, ensuring maximum value from investments
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer success or account management roles
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and IT services
  • Proven ability to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions effectively
  • Familiarity with HPE's portfolio and as-a-service offerings is preferred
