Job Summary
Supporting customers in their digital transformation journey, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage post-sales relationships, guide clients in optimizing HPE solutions, and drive account growth and customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Orchestrate customer adoption journeys to enhance their experiences with HPE's offerings
- Identify and close opportunities to expand HPE's portfolio within customer accounts
- Deliver enjoyable customer experiences from onboarding to advocacy, ensuring maximum value from investments
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer success or account management roles
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and IT services
- Proven ability to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions effectively
- Familiarity with HPE's portfolio and as-a-service offerings is preferred
