Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success and retention of a customer portfolio by building relationships, driving product adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help customers achieve their business goals using MariaDB solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support customers throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Manage automated programs for relevant accounts and conduct regular business reviews to showcase value
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalations and collaborate with technical support to address customer issues proactively
Required qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support or account management
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and familiarity with MariaDB concepts
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills across various levels and audiences
