Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success and retention of a customer portfolio by building relationships, driving product adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help customers achieve their business goals using MariaDB solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Manage automated programs for relevant accounts and conduct regular business reviews to showcase value
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalations and collaborate with technical support to address customer issues proactively
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support or account management
- Basic understanding of relational databases and familiarity with MariaDB concepts
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills across various levels and audiences
