Job Summary

To support customer engagement and success, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive product adoption, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Help customers realize value quickly and drive strong product adoption
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer goals, use cases, and business priorities
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally and partner cross-functionally to improve outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or related post-sales roles
  • Strong ownership, curiosity, and judgment in navigating customer needs and internal coordination
  • Ability to connect product capabilities to customer goals and long-term value
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Technical background or experience in a technical customer-facing role strongly preferred
