Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customer adoption and retention, and ensuring measurable business outcomes through collaboration with security teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customer accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with security leaders and conduct regular business reviews
  • Drive successful onboarding and implementation outcomes while monitoring product adoption and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or cloud services
  • Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
