Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of post-implementation accounts, the remote Associate Customer Success Manager will ensure customer success by driving platform adoption, conducting regular check-ins, and facilitating renewal conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing customer success, managing a portfolio of accounts
- Conduct regular cadence calls and quarterly business reviews to track progress and align on goals
- Monitor account health signals and proactively address risks to prevent churn
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, SaaS support, or a client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfortable working with data and technology, with a quick learning ability for new tools
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
