Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will serve as a strategic advisor, driving platform adoption and ensuring measurable business outcomes through effective customer engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, focusing on retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies in collaboration with clients across various channels

Required qualifications
