Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely support and exceptional experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely support and clear communication
  • Partner with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and complete client requests effectively
  • Utilize and maintain project management systems to ensure accurate project tracking and client records
Required qualifications
  • Strong experience with CRM and project management platforms such as HubSpot and Monday.com
  • Proficient in WordPress, including managing content and troubleshooting issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, such as client success or account management
  • Technical aptitude for investigating and resolving issues, collaborating with developers as needed
