Job Summary

Fluent in Mandarin and English, the remote Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary contact for Asia-based clients, focusing on driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through a deep understanding of their business objectives and leveraging Levanta's platform.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives, challenges, and success metrics
  • Proactively engage with customers and agency partners to drive platform adoption and value realization
  • Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive steps to mitigate churn and increase retention rates
Required qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English and native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
  • Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing is strongly preferred
  • Ability to train on US East Coast hours, working hours will be in China Standard Time
  • Experience working with CRM software and business intelligence tools; HubSpot knowledge is a plus
