Job Summary
Fluent in Mandarin and English, the remote Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary contact for Asia-based clients, focusing on driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through a deep understanding of their business objectives and leveraging Levanta's platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives, challenges, and success metrics
- Proactively engage with customers and agency partners to drive platform adoption and value realization
- Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive steps to mitigate churn and increase retention rates
Required qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing is strongly preferred
- Ability to train on US East Coast hours, working hours will be in China Standard Time
- Experience working with CRM software and business intelligence tools; HubSpot knowledge is a plus
