Job Summary

Proactively managing a portfolio of customer accounts, the remote Customer Success Manager will build long-term relationships, guide clients through onboarding and adoption, and drive retention and growth strategies in a contract role.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts as the primary point of contact and guide them through onboarding and adoption
  • Advocate for customer needs across internal teams and facilitate communication to drive successful outcomes
  • Monitor account health, identify churn risks, and develop strategies for customer retention and expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience managing B2B customer relationships
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic technical aptitude and understanding of software platforms and operational workflows
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
