Job Summary
Managing inbound charter requests from new and established customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will oversee the entire booking process, coordinate with operations, and facilitate communication through various channels in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the booking process from initial quote generation to final confirmation of charter trips
- Provide support to multiple Account Executives and collaborate with various departments for smooth execution of services
- Utilize Google Suite and ZUM admin/charter portals to organize and manage communication related to charter requests
Required qualifications
- 1-2+ years of administrative or sales support experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate processing of charter requests
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and tools
