Job Summary

Passionate about supporting nonprofits, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive customer outcomes, adoption, and retention by partnering with high-impact nonprofit clients to achieve their fundraising goals through strategic guidance and technology utilization.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner for nonprofit customers, focusing on outcome-driven engagements to enhance fundraising and donor engagement
  • Lead discovery, success planning, training, and strategic guidance to drive customer adoption and value realization
  • Utilize AI tools to identify customer risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive action and improved customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Sales, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to drive customer outcomes through strategic guidance and relationship management
  • Experience managing multiple customer engagements in a pooled or scaled motion
  • Strong skills in facilitating trainings, workshops, webinars, or customer education programs
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and customer-facing presentation skills
