Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of complex, strategic accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive customer adoption, retention, and growth while working in a hybrid environment, either from Edinburgh or remotely within the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer journey, acting as the primary post-sale relationship owner and trusted advisor
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and managing customer satisfaction
- Host regular customer meetings and provide training sessions to ensure customers maximize their use of the Dayshape platform
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in the SaaS or software industry
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supporting renewals and revenue growth
- Proven ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience in driving product adoption and measurable customer outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously
