Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 20-30 international customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive retention and expansion results by serving as a trusted advisor and platform expert, ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes with Axonify.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to meet retention and expansion revenue targets
  • Consult with customers to understand their business goals and advise on platform optimization and technical configurations
  • Prepare and conduct regular business reviews and analyses to demonstrate impact and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Fluency in German and/or other languages is preferred
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships through renewal and expansion cycles
  • Familiarity with technical integrations such as APIs and SFTP to support customer configurations
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer health data and drive decisions
