Job Summary
Driven and relationship-oriented, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage a large portfolio of Commercial Real Estate customers remotely, focusing on proactive engagement, retention, and maximizing ROI through data-driven insights and scalable programs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the success of Commercial Real Estate customers by developing scalable playbooks and touchpoints to drive engagement and retention
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their goals and maximize ROI
- Monitor customer health scores and usage data to proactively identify at-risk accounts and opportunities for growth
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program/Project Management
- Proven ability to manage a large book of business with a data-driven, scaled approach
- Experience owning the full renewal process
- Experience building and executing customer programs or playbooks that drive measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with MRI software and experience in Commercial Real Estate is a plus
