Job Summary
To support long-tail higher education clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage the customer experience, analyze data for actionable insights, and collaborate with Sales and Renewals to drive growth and renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer experience for all clients within a scaled North American territory
- Analyze data and usage trends to identify risks and make strategic recommendations for improving customer health
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and challenges with internal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of Account Management experience
- Strong understanding of Customer Success within a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows and manage a large customer base
- Higher education industry experience and knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment
