Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will oversee project management and maintain high service quality in a remote environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and advocating for client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer advocate, managing escalations and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Develop and maintain effective relationships to lead the delivery of data center solutions and services
- Manage customer implementations, including installations and project schedules, while partnering with sales and marketing to identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or project management
- Strong understanding of large-scale IT systems, governance, and operations
- Familiarity with ITIL service management principles
- Technical aptitude related to data center power, cooling, networking, and cloud services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Project
