Job Summary

Driving customer success remotely, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage relationships, ensure account health, and advocate for customers while achieving retention and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to understand their business objectives
  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by collaborating with internal teams to influence the product roadmap
  • Create and execute tailored Client Success Plans to align platform capabilities with customer outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years in Customer Success Management
  • Experience in the multifamily sector is required
  • Proven track record with a B2B SaaS product
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly performance benchmarks
  • Highly coachable with a self-starter attitude and a growth mindset
