Job Summary
To support customer growth and revenue expansion, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive engagement and adoption, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts, driving revenue growth through engagement and relationship management
- Lead ongoing customer engagement with regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic follow-ups
- Develop deep knowledge of the platform and troubleshoot technical issues while coordinating with engineering and product teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate ambiguity independently
- Experience working with APIs, JSON, and basic SQL queries
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
